Here we are, you and I, in this brilliant moment. Let’s take pause, here, together, a moment away from all the busy doings of our day, and just breathe.
Breathe in and out with the pacer above – full, generous breaths into your belly, then gently release. Set a timer if you like. Five minutes. Ten minutes. Two minutes… Do what feels right for you.

Our breathing becomes short and shallow, which triggers a stress response in our bodies – This, in turn, leads to continued shallow breathing… and more stress in our bodies
The cycle begins…
Our tension perpetuates more shallow breathing which in turn perpetuates more stress and tension in our bodies, and we become trapped in our negative emotions
